The hotel offers spacious and well-designed rooms with great bathrooms, facilities, balconies, and plenty of wardrobe space. The service is extremely courteous and professional, providing genuine care from the hotel staff. The location is lovely and peaceful, but a bit remote requiring a hike for some services. The dining experience offers an expansive buffet with high-quality food options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were huge and beautifully decorated by the housekeeping team for Club users. However, the constant noise pollution from canned music was frustrating, making it hard to enjoy the balcony or relax in the room.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were like spacious apartments with great amenities, including two bathrooms and a spectacular terrace where I could observe water buffaloes and peacocks. I didn't have to call room service repeatedly as everything I needed was already there. The whole holiday was beyond my expectations, offering luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the facilities one could wish for.
I must say, my stay at Diva Club 3rd floor in Alila Diwa was quite delightful. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the dining options were a bit repetitive. The service was excellent, and the location was peaceful in Majorda. Overall, a good value for money experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ever so spacious rooms and the intimate mode in the room along with the infinity pool overlooking the paddy fields were surely a highlight. The service was outstanding and courteous, except for a small hiccup during the Christmas Day brunch. The location, designed in an exotic way and well-maintained with lots of plants and flowers, added to the charm. The dining experience had its hiccups, but overall it was a lovely experience.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms could use a little more attention as the views were not great, and the WC was worse. However, being right above the pool was convenient. The service was fantastic, with the staff always willing to help and offer various amenities for the entire family. The location, while a bit away from the happening places of Goa, was perfect for a quiet getaway with a few decent Goan shacks nearby. The dining options were quite ordinary, but the small Indian buffet and fresh pastries were enjoyable. The facilities met my basic needs during the stay.
